Mission and Philosophy

GAMBIT advises Top Management on business technology. Our consultancy services are primarily aimed at substantially and sustainably improving the efficiency of our client‘s business.

Client first!

Our work is based on values that charge us with consistently meeting the very highest professional standards. ‚Client first' is the guiding principle that governs our services. We are there for our clients. We do not view the issues they consult us on as problems, but as challenges – we are particularly committed to developing sustainable and high-quality solutions for our clients.

Creating and maintaining trust

We want our clients to develop lasting trust in our efficiency and commitment as well as in the quality of our work and its results. To establish and reaffirm this trust-based relationship, we need to deal openly, honestly, respectfully and fairly with our clients and convince them of our efficiency, commitment and competence by always providing high-quality results.

Openness and honesty oblige us to find solutions to problematic issues that meet individual client demands and take their organizational scope and personnel structure into account, and to create awareness of the resultant costs in a transparent and comprehensible manner.

The strict observance of confidentiality regarding all client information is embedded in the code of conduct accepted by all team members on joining GAMBIT. It is an essential prerequisite for a relationship that is built on trust.

„Having a vision is like firing at a target
that – for the others – is not there...

                                            ...and to hit it exactly."

Living respect, fairness and cultural openness

Respect and fairness govern the behavior of our team members both when dealing with clients on projects and with each other at GAMBIT. It is self-evident that everyone respects the whole range of cultural and ethnic backgrounds free from bias and without prejudice.

Respect and fairness towards all persons or parties involved must also be maintained in difficult situations or during conflicts. The process of finding compromises always has to be managed objectively, and must never be conducted on a personal basis.

Supporting our team members - and expecting a lot in return

Our team members represent our company to our clients. They are obliged to adhere to GAMBIT's business guidelines at all times.

We expect the highest level of commitment, flexibility and mobility from them, as well as a distinctive personality. A GAMBIT employee must be able to grasp complex business and process correlations in a structured manner in order to highlight sustainable organizational and technological reporting options that represent added value.

To a great extent, our team members are managed without a hierarchy. Respect and recognition are based on exceptional and convincing work results and respectful, fair and responsible behavior when dealing with other team members and colleagues. Constructive criticism is welcome and encouraged at all times.

Our company demands, promotes and finances ongoing education and training for all team members.
As service provider, our team is our ‚capital'. Their long-term commitment to our company is one important requirement to meet our consistently high demands in terms of quality.

Corporate independence

An essential prerequisite for our ability to provide objective advice that is free from any outside interference is GAMBIT's commercial independence: Our business capital is owned by active shareholders and partners. If one of the shareholders leaves the company, the company repurchases the shares.
